White Chili Powder

Ground from white bird chilies that typically come from the Udupi district of India, these chilies are very hot. White in color they provide a serious kick to any dish where you don't want the color of ground red chilies to alter the look of the food. This is not ground white pepper. It is extremely hot and caution should be used as the fine ground spice (powder) permeates the air as soon as you open the container.
