Cinnamon

Made from the bark of Cinnamomum trees, cinnamon or more precisely cassia comes from five different spices of Cinnamomum trees. The majority of the world's supply comes from Indonesia and China with Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Malabar all producing commercially available varieties.
