Chicken Tikka spice is used as a marinade in preparation for grilling or baking. Add one packet of spice mix to a plastic bag with one half cup of lemon juice and one half cup of oil, mix and add the chicken. Marinade for 3 hours in the fridge. Each mix will make up to 2 lbs. of chicken.
