Butter Chicken spice mix takes all the work out of gathering together the long list of spices. Follow the instructions of your favorite recipe, using this mix to replace the required spices. Add to garlic ginger paste, yoghurt, tomato, heavy cream and butter to create a restaurant worthy meal. Mix is enough for 2 lbs of chicken.
